Dr. Fahimeh Sasan

Dr. Fahimeh Sasan is the Chief Innovation Officer and Founding Physician at Kindbody, the leading fertility clinic network and global family-building benefits provider. She leads the development of inclusive, equitable reproductive care programs that support employers and their global workforces, offering a full spectrum of services from preconception to postpartum through menopause. A board-certified OB-GYN, Dr. Sasan completed her residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City and has over 18 years of clinical experience. She is known for her patient-first approach, delivering personalized, comprehensive care in fertility, gynecology, prenatal care (low- and high-risk), menopause, and wellness. Dr. Sasan is a nationally recognized voice in reproductive health, maternal care, and the role of social determinants in health outcomes. She is deeply committed to advancing healthcare literacy as a powerful tool for prevention and empowerment. She played a key role in Kindbody’s groundbreaking partnership with Walmart, expanding fertility and surrogacy benefits to Walmart’s entire U.S. workforce. In addition to her leadership at Kindbody, Dr. Sasan serves on the Business Group on Health’s Evidence-based Benefit Design Committee.
