Ashley Rodón

Ashley Rodón serves as the Executive Director of the Carlos Rodón Foundation. A graduate of Ball State University, she began her career in marketing before her personal journey led her to advocacy. In 2018, Ashley and her husband, Carlos, set out to start their family. The path soon became isolating and turbulent. After the heartbreak of miscarrying their first son and then another child months later, they endured a frustrating time of testing, questions, and uncertainty. They were finally blessed with their miracle daughter, Willow. Now proud parents of three, Ashley and Carlos channeled their love for their children and their journey through loss into founding the Carlos Rodón Foundation and The Willow Grant. For Ashley, becoming a mother has been the greatest honor of her life, and she is deeply committed to helping other families experience that same joy. Through her leadership, she strives to dismantle the stigma surrounding infertility, amplify the voices of those still searching for their own, and ensure that no family has to walk this journey alone.
