Josh Paddock

Josh Paddock is a founding partner of Provista Wealth Advisors and a member of the Advisory Council for Kestra Private Wealth Services. A former professional pitcher with the Philadelphia Phillies organization, Josh brings the same discipline, preparation, and long-range strategy from the mound into the world of private wealth. With a background in financial management, Josh built his career advising successful families on advanced planning—integrating investment management, tax strategy, estate structure, and generational guidance into a cohesive, concierge experience. Under his leadership, Provista has grown into a planning-first, tech-forward firm serving a limited number of families who value discretion, coordination, and proactive advocacy. Josh and his wife, Amy, live in Greenville, South Carolina with their three children and are active in their church and local community. As a family, they enjoy traveling and coaching their children's sporting events. Josh is an avid golfer and a member of the Cliffs and Holly Tree Country Club.
